Preparation of final manuscripts
For publication in the conference proceedings, all accepted papers are limited to six (6) A4 two columns pages.
Two (2) additional pages are available at the EXTRA PAGES CHARGE of 100,00 Euro.
After the Conference, the Proceedings will be available through IEEE Xplore®. Therefore, only IEEE Xplore® compliant PDF files will be accepted.
Final papers must be prepared accordingly to the following templates

Please, test compliance of your PDF document with IEEE Xplore®. before submitting. Use the Conference ID med06 to access the test site by clicking here. Additional information can be found here.

Publication policy

Please, note that at least ONE author for EACH accepted paper must register at full rate (no student) before April 30 in order the paper is included in the final program and in the Conference Proceedings.

Author must transfer their copyright to the Mediterranean Control Association sending by fax a signed copy of the COPYRIGHT FORM (click HERE to get a copy of the form) to

Failure to meet these conditions will result in exclusion of your paper from the Conference Program and Proceedings.

It is expected that at least one author needs to attend the Med 06 workshop to present the paper.

Submission

Please do NOT send hardcopies of your manuscripts, and do NOT submit files by e-mail.

Papers must be submitted electronically via the conference web site

Go to the FINAL SUBMISSION page and log in using your paper ID and password (see the acceptance letter), then follow the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING COMPLIANCE OF YOUR PDF FILE WITH IEEEXplore

1. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site

First-time users:	Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference:	Returning users:
a. Click “New Users - Click Here”.	a. Enter med06 for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.	a. Enter med06 for the Conference ID, email address and password.
b. Enter med06 for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.	b. When you click “Login”, you’ll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click “Continue”. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.

2. For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.

3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)

4. Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”

5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload

6. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
